Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
Autism Spectrum Disorder is a diagnostic term given to children and adults for a broad spectrum of developmental, communication and social interaction disabilities.
The main categories are:
- Pervasive Developmental Disorder Not Otherwise Specified (PDD NOS)
The main symptoms of autism are problems in these areas:
- Language and Communication, both verbal (spoken)
and non-verbal (unspoken, such as pointing, eye contact, and smiling)
- Social interaction with others -
such as sharing their emotions, understanding others emotions or feelings, and
holding a conversation
- Some need routines or have repetitive behaviors - such as repeating words or actions,
obsessively following routines or schedules, and playing in repetitive
ways. Some are avers to any new situation, food or any change.

Currently there is much controversy over what is the cause of Autism, Aspergers and PDD NOS. Leading scientists are now saying it is probably genetic and may have it's beginning in the 2nd trimester of pregnancy. Most doctors and scientists dismiss the link to vaccinations.
We hear, again and again, that a child developed and "appeared normal" until a certain day, the day that parents never forget. And what these parents deeply believe is, that, vaccinations have something to do with their child's Autism.
Our hope is, as we document more and more children healing with CEASE Therapy around the world, that the vaccination link to Autism won't be dismissed.
